HELP & LEGAL

Where to look when something goes wrong.

Short answers for the current panel — domains, DNS, hosting and the site builder — with the service’s legal texts below.

SEARCH SHORT ANSWERS

Topics

Answers describe today’s panel; a feature that is not on screen is not here either. Panel controls use Turkish labels.

Domains

4 ANSWERS

Search, registration requests, transfers and expiry.

Search on the Alan Adlarım screen: availability and the yearly fee are asked from the registrar at that moment. An unknown fee shows “—”, not zero.

Registrations and transfers are taken as requests; nothing is charged at this step, the team approves the request and only then is it sent to the registrar.

To move a domain from another provider, get its authorisation (EPP) code there and enter it in the transfer form. The code is stored encrypted; a started transfer cannot be cancelled and adds one year to the term.

The expiry date is listed and an upcoming renewal is flagged. To renew, write your domain name to the support address.

DNS

2 ANSWERS

A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV and CAA records.

Add and delete records on the domain’s DNS screen by choosing type, name, value and TTL. If a record with the same name exists, you are asked whether to replace it or add another.

To connect a domain registered elsewhere to your site, add the TXT verification record and the A record shown on the Publish screen at that provider’s DNS screen.

Hosting

5 ANSWERS

Account, SFTP, databases, certificates and quota.

Request an account on the Hosting screen; once the team approves it, the account is opened on a server and the SFTP connection details appear on the account page.

The SFTP password is shown once on the account page when you ask for it; store it in your own password manager.

You can open a database on the account page; its password is shown once — reset it if you lose it. SSL certificates for domains attached to the account are requested there too.

Quota usage is shown as a bar: yellow at 80%, red at 95%. The account is not closed automatically because of usage.

Hosting accounts are not backed up automatically; keep your own copy of your files and databases.

Site builder

6 ANSWERS

Pages, blocks, images, form, preview, publishing and versions.

There are seven block types: cover, text, image, gallery, feature list, contact and contact form. Blocks are added empty; reorder them with the up and down buttons and check the preview.

A site has up to 8 pages. The home page sits at the root of your domain, the others under /address/; the menu is generated from the pages and you can hide a page from it. Each page’s SEO title, description and share image are set on the Page settings screen; if you leave them empty they are derived from the content. A sitemap.xml and robots.txt are added to the published site automatically.

Images are uploaded on the Images and logo screen: JPG, PNG, WebP or still GIF, up to 5 MB; up to 30 images per site. SVG is not accepted. The image is re-encoded on the server (hidden data such as location is dropped) and every image must have a description (alt text).

The contact form takes a name, an email and a message. Messages land on your Messages screen with a notification to your account email; they are not passed on to any other product. Name, email and message are stored encrypted and deleted after 180 days; a site keeps up to 500 messages. If the server administrator has set Cloudflare Turnstile keys, a verification box appears next to the form and the browser of a visitor opening that page connects to Cloudflare.

Every publish is stored as a version; from the Publish screen you can return to one of the last five versions.

To publish on your own domain, enter it on the Publish screen and add the records shown; after verification, request the SSL certificate.

Charges & refunds

2 ANSWERS

The charging step and the refund policy.

This product has no online charging step; hosting, registration and transfer requests go through team approval.

The refund policy is written to apply once the charging step opens: 14 days on hosting, no refund on domain names.

Account & security

3 ANSWERS

Two-factor sign-in, suspension and closing the account.

Turn on two-factor sign-in from Account › Security.

A suspended account’s data is not deleted; the account page shows the reason and the planned closing date. To appeal, write to the support address.

To close your account, write to the support address; there is no self-service closing screen in the panel.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

14 days on hosting, none on domain names.

The policy that will apply once the charging step opens: hosting fees are refunded within the first 14 days, days used are deducted. Domain registration cannot be reversed with the registry, so that fee is not refundable.

· Open a refund request by writing to [email protected]

· The amount returns to your payment method within 5–10 business days.

· Add-ons are prorated by the days used.

· Accounts closed for rule violations are not refunded.

Refund window

14 DAYS

Applies to hosting in the first period; days used are deducted.

Domain fee

NO REFUND

Registration cannot be reversed with the registry.

Suspension period

30 DAYS

A suspended account may be closed if not resolved within 30 days; the closing date is shown on the account page.

Domain transfer

IRREVERSIBLE

Cannot be cancelled once started.

Legal

The effective date is shown next to each text; an unpublished text shows “—” instead of a date.
