Suspension and closing the account

A suspended account

A suspended account's data is not deleted; the account's page shows the reason and the planned closing date. To object, write to the support address.

Closing the account

You cancel a hosting account yourself from the cancel screen on the account's page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period; the service continues until then and you can change your mind before the period ends.
